Don’t know where to start?  Don’t give up!   We have built a sample Construction Industry COVID-19 Preparedness Response Plan. Businesses that have already reopened are required to submit a COVID-19 preparedness response plan by Monday June 1st to the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity.  The plan is to be consistent with the recommendations included in the Guidance on Preparing Workplaces for COVID-19, developed by OSHA.  All other businesses will have to create a similar plan within two weeks of reopening for in-person activities.
